Adding Blocks Site-Wide in Moodle Using RemUI

How to Add a Site-Wide Block with RemUI Theme

1. Navigate to the following URL: https://lms.domain.com/?redirect=0.
2. Once the page loads, locate and click on the "Add a block" dropdown menu.
3. From the list of available blocks, select the block you wish to add site-wide.
4. After selecting the block, configure its settings as needed.
5. Ensure the block is set to appear for all users by checking the "Make this block available site-wide" option.
6. Save your changes to apply the block across the entire site.
