Domain Registration & DNS Management

Can I change my domain name?

Are you looking to change your domain name? It's definitely possible, and we're here to help you make the process as smooth as possible.

It's important to keep in mind that changing your domain name will require us to register a new one, and this process does come with costs. Domain names are registered on an annual basis, so you'll need to pay for the new domain name registration.

However, we understand that sometimes changing your domain name is necessary to better reflect your business or personal brand, and we're happy to assist you with that. Just give us a call or shoot us an email, and we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.

How can I check the name servers of my domain?

If you need to check the name servers associated with your domain, there are a few easy ways to do so. One option is to use a lookup tool to search for your domain and see the associated name servers.

Two popular lookup tools you can use are leafdns.com and dnschecker.org. Simply enter your domain name into the search bar on either of these sites, and you'll be able to view information about your domain, including the name servers.

If you're having trouble finding the information you need or have questions about managing your domain's name servers, our team is here to help. Don't hesitate to contact us for assistance, and we'll be happy to guide you through the process.

How do I renew my domain registered through your company?

If you've registered a domain through our company and need to renew it, we've got you covered. We send out reminders approximately one month before your domain is set to expire. This gives you ample time to decide whether you'd like to renew your domain for another year, or let it expire.

However, it's important to remember that allowing your domain to expire means that it will become available again, increasing the likelihood that you may lose it. If you're unsure about whether to renew your domain, our team is here to provide guidance and help you make an informed decision.

In addition to annual renewals, it's also possible to register domains for up to four years in advance. This can be a great way to ensure that your domain stays active and secure for the long term, without the need to worry about annual renewals.

If you have any questions or concerns about renewing your domain or registering a domain in advance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.

How do I transfer my site to you?

If you're interested in transferring your site to our platform, we're here to help make the process as easy as possible. The first step is to create an account with our company, if you haven't already.

Once your account is set up, you'll need to transfer all of your site files to us, including the database. If you need assistance with this process, we do offer a transfer service for a fee.

After your files have been transferred, we'll help you point your domain to the correct name servers. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for the domain to correctly point to our servers. During this time, your site may be temporarily unavailable or display an error message.

If you have any questions or concerns about transferring your site, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.

I am looking for a specific domain, but the extension is not listed?

If you're searching for a specific domain extension and it's not listed in our lookup tool, don't worry. We're here to help you find the domain you're looking for.

Simply send us a support query with the details of the domain extension you're interested in, and we'll check on its availability and cost for you. Our team will work to find the best possible options and guide you through the registration process.

We understand that finding the right domain name is an important part of building your online presence, and we're committed to helping you every step of the way.

Can I transfer my domain registered with another registrar to your service?

Yes, you can transfer your domain to us. While it's not necessary to have your domain registered through us, many customers prefer the convenience of having us administer their domain and host their website.

To initiate a domain transfer, contact us and provide the names of the domains you want to transfer. Note that initiating the transfer is only the first step, and there are many reasons why a transfer may not be successful. For example, you may not be listed as the Registrant, Administrative Contact, or Technical Contact for the domain, or the domain may have been registered for less than 60 days.

To maximize the chance of a successful transfer, perform a WHOIS lookup of your domain through your domain registrar's website and ensure that you are listed as the registrant and that the contact information is valid. Make sure that the email address listed for you is a valid, active account as you will need to authorize the transfer by responding to an email sent to that address.

Some domain registrars may not initiate or approve transfers for domains that are approaching their expiration date, so it's best to initiate the transfer process at least two weeks before the domain is due to expire for the best results.
