Forward Email + Email Settings & Information
If you have been sent an email with your username and password, the information below is the process to setup on your email client.
Email settings

If you are using Thunderbird, then ensure "Connection security" is set to "SSL/TLS" and Authentication method is set to "Normal password".
Important functionality
- Your inbox has a limit of 10GB.
- Outbound email is kept for 30 days.
- Contact support to whitelist or blacklist domains or emails.
- Spam Scanner is used to protect your email from Spam.
- There are automatic Virus checks on all emails.
- All inboxes have automatic Phishing Protection.
- Webmail is not offered as a service.
Important
We do not store or save your password, if you require any changes to your account password, we will have to reset the password.
