Troubleshooting email issues, Steps to follow
If for any reason you have issues with your email, please follow this guide.
- Make sure you are connected to the internet.
- Make use of a Ping Service to check if the domain EMAIL is online
- Goto here http://ping.eu/ping/
- Enter your mail server settings example: mail.domain.com
- If there is a response, then the server is online
- If there is no response, then contact us urgently
- If there is a response above and there are still issues, try the following
- Switch off your router
- Close your email program
- Restart your computer
- Restart router
